What is Gold Touch List?+

Gold Touch List is a curated platform that connects you with trusted, local professionals across massage, beauty, cleaning, esthetics, makeup, and skincare. Browse by category and location, review profiles, and submit a request to the provider you like. Every provider is reviewed before appearing on the platform.

How do I contact a provider?+

Click “Contact Provider” on any profile to submit a service request with your name, preferred time, and location. Your contact info is only shared when a provider unlocks your request.

Does it cost anything?+

No — browsing Gold Touch List and submitting requests is completely free for clients.

Are providers verified?+

Every provider profile is manually reviewed before it goes live. Gold Touch List performs onboarding verification but does not issue licenses. You should still review each provider's details before booking.

How do I pay a provider?+

You pay providers directly, based on the rate you and the provider agree on. Gold Touch List operates as a directory — not a payment processor.

What if I'm not satisfied with a service?+

Reach out through the Contact page. Gold Touch List reviews complaints and may suspend providers that violate our standards.

Can I send requests to more than one provider?+

Yes. You can submit multiple requests across categories at the same time. Each request is private to the provider you send it to.

Is my personal information kept private?+

Your details remain private and are shared only with the provider you contact, so they can deliver the service. We do not sell, trade, or share client information with third parties.

How do I pick the right provider?+

Review the provider's profile, ratings, description, and photos. Ask questions before committing — clear communication is the best predictor of a great experience.

How do I get support?+
